Today I'm grateful I've been able to find these on-line resources for recovery. Literally before yesterday I thought my options were only in-person AA meetings, expensive rehab treatments, or doing it on my own (with a general psychological therapist who isn't specifically trained in addiction). I joined an on-line AA meeting and an on-line SMART meeting today and I actually think SMART could help me, at least over time.
