Saoirse, I’ve been eating more chocolate than when I was drinking too. More other sweet things too. I think sugar cravings are common when you stop drinking.
I just have to try not to eat sweet stuff late at night because I think it contributes to not sleeping well.
Speaking of which, I’m off to bed, I’m soooo tired. It’s not quite 9pm here.
