does anyone think they'll never sleep
the last couple of nights ive taken a mild sleeping pill but not a habit i want to get into so nothing tonight. im tired yet can't settle. the past and people from years ago are flying around in my mind. nothing bad more unsettling. and ive got work in the morning so need to sleep. i know sleep will come in time it's just unsettling in these early days.
