Do you all have room for one more here in the Class of March?
have been drinking in the evenings, and I’m just sick of it.
As they say, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is week.
1. There is no booze in the house.
2. I’m going to change the route I drive home from work to not go by the liquor store.
3. I’ve started journaling again.
4. I’m going to post here in the evening when I would be drinking - just to check in.
5. I’m getting back into my gym routine.
6. I’m not deeply religious, but I’ve started praying, or meditating, or talking to God.
