Off today. Gdaughter has the flu and past the 48 hours for tamaflu med. luckily our days off have worked out this week. DIL did call in yesterday though.
Slept well along with new vivid dreams. I still think they’re EMDR induced.
I was on a sugar bender yesterday. One dose of chocolate or candy and I’m off and running. I have hypoglycemia issues and know better. Glad you are taking care of yourself wiscsober. What we did to ourselves drinking is frightening. We are all very lucky to be here.
