Still not over with it yet! Have to go in for 4 hours tonight, that will end up being 68 hours for the week. Welcome Back!
Aside from being tired, things are good. I believe the motions I have to do at work are helping me like any therapy sessions would, I have to do quite a bit of moving and stretching,
and I seem to be getting more range of motion and less discomfort by the day.
I am going back to the Orthopedic Dr. on Friday, so, I'll see what he has to say.
