My brain is wired weird post burns. I hammered through Nov/Dec- carefully with gym stuff- and even tho I have lost 14kg now- and have settled into a routine with gym work- rationed- the pain is back. Stupid brain. Or stupid something. Me probably- but not complaining...too much.
