Up at 2:20 am for work. Just received an Apple Watch to help track my fitness and sleep. I have been averaging four and a half hours of sleep a night and 20,000 steps past few days. I guess that's why I feel tired all the time. Plus shift work. I don't know any other way of work life.
Expecting a little snow today, which will grind things to a halt here. All you folks from the colder climes would laugh watching us East Coasters attempt to deal with snow. Though nearly everyone has a truck or SUV, none have snow tires and no one has a clue how to drive on slick roads. As for me, I am dusting off my 16 year old Camry nicknamed the Blue Bomber. It's a heavier car than my light weight commuter car I usually drive and handles pretty well in the snow.
I hope everyone gets to sleep in this weekend!
