Keep it simple.. ok but be warned this is simple but oh so necessary

The good ol spud peeler .. I opened the new one that we have had for idk over a year well anyway Mr SW - that's me knife skills were on point I remember some thread where I was talking about butternut squash and how I love it so (I really do but does cause windypops if you know what I mean) someone mentioned they don't know how to peel it .. I use the peelers from branch shops that sell kitchenware (if you're smart you know where to shop) mine cost a £1 and they last forever and go through butternut squash like it wasn't even there then I cut it uniform and even made uniform shapes (Mrs SW was like what has got into me) I then peeled the spuds (Maris Piper) cut uniform and went with a classic wedge chip cut chip.

That simple one pound peeler saves me a ton of money rather than buying store cut bought (yuk) I prep my own food lol

Going with homemade piri piri chicken made by the Mrs (watching this in the kitchen is awesome) and sprouts with bacon (omg)

In the oven

Seriously grateful for that lil peeler
