oh yes, I certainly agree with you here! Very good point. In fact, I don’t think of myself as an alcoholic or in recovery. I think of myself as an addict therefore I can’t drink and it’s also over now (no more struggle/not recovering from anything). So, I will amend some of my above terminology. I think the main threads should be called Alcohol Use Disorder Information (not recovery). Underneath it, there can be an Alcoholism forum, 12 step forums, and Independent Methods (not recovery).
