I live in a third floor walk up, so I'm technically safe from the flooding and no trees to fall on me - but my car isn't safe. The mudslide possibility is real and it would crush my car. Obviously a flood wouldn't help the car either. Not sure what would happen to the building with a mudslide. I hope I never find out.
