Hey all am back here again on day 3 again
trying to focus on myself more going to the gym today get fit
gong to NA and CA in Edinburgh ( anyone from there here ?)
i hope you are all well and sober , if your not sober i hope your pour that drink or drug down the loo because that will not help things
anyway , my life is ok at the moment trying to find my higher power i think am starting to believe in all the fellowships i go to and the people there
REPLAPSED But am sober just for today and i'll keep coming back
NOW AM OFF TO THE GYM to shake my ass
