Today was a lazy day. Carved pumpkins with some friends, something I haven't done in years. I opted for the classic face--triangle nose & eyes, and a big toothy grin. Was fun and cheered me a bit. Then came home and took a forever nap which I guess I needed.

Tomorrow some of my goals are to do 30 min in the gym, take the pup for a nice walk, and bust out my big jug to start my water-drinking regimen again. I have this bottle that has the time increments marked off so it keeps me on track. I always feel better when I up my water intake and I've been eating like crap lately, so it's going to help with the bloat too.

Determined to start making some small, positive changes. My therapist has been away so I've been sort of venting here, it helps and I hope you guys don't mind.
