I have almost 4 weeks of sobriety under my belt. So proud of how far i have come in just a few weeks.
Having an afternoon coffee with my dad whom passed 8 years ago. My guardian angel. I know he is looking down on me and helping me in this healing process. I can finally think of him and look at his photos and smile, Instead of hiding my grief and other problems with alcohol. I am no longer numb! Although i still have my moments when i look back at the good times we shared and it makes me sad that he is not here anymore. But, i'm getting there!
