Thank you for your reply’s. I hit rock bottom last week and went on a bender😢 I do have family and friends that I can turn to, but nobody gets the addiction unless you’ve been there. I do agree that having a plan in place is essential, but I haven’t done that in the past, this time I will, as I’m sick of it.
