Day 59, work was worse today than yesterday. I’m too exhausted to even enjoy my life out of work. I have to stick this out for now. Husband is working a lot, and I’m too tired to fight or discuss what I know just can’t be fixed. I have to take a long, sober look at my life and start fixing this mess.
On the plus side, not drinking, too stressed to eat.... the numbers on the scale are very slowly going down.

Run down and sick ~ like I am right now....I had high high stress for a week or two, and then I ended up in dumb fights with my husband (which were totally my fault, not saying that is your story love), a few very long long days and I ended up with a cold and ear infection. (A lot of the reason I lost it on Tuesday).
So yes, I like the weight loss as well, but we need to look after ourselves better.
Sending so much love....hoping today at work is at least a tiny bit better.
