Morning all the weekenders.
Had diabolical cravings yesterday evening but beat them off by going running.
Oddly enough just kept running for over an hour slowly but consistently. Mrs Vman said you're running to save your life.
I live in the countryside so I'm lucky to have small quite little countryside roads.
