Hi guys.
Just checking in. 3 days for me..
im still very paranoid. Fearful and jittery. The affects of the horrendous weekend still on me.
But I am not going back this time. I just cant! I'm nearly 38 years old and been trying sobriety for 7 years now. I will NOT let this illness get me to the point of no return.
I wanna stick around this group as it's amazing support. If any one wants to message me then feel free. The more spiritual recovery food the better for me right now.
