Sorry to hear you're not sleeping nmd. Have you ever tried the '4,7,8 breathing' method? I only mention it because I tried it last night in desperation to get to sleep and beat this darn jet lag and it actually worked!! You breathe in for the count of 4, hold your breath for the count of 7 and then breathe out for the count of 8. You do that a few times and see what happens. Apparently it also helps if you're ever feeling stressed or panicky throughout the daytime too.
