Someone did a health class for our residents, and he used a chart called "My Pie" I'm sure you can look it up. But, I don't know if it current, or if maybe it was just that dietitian's take on it.

I hate using pesticides, but there have been reports of West Nile Virus in my area, and they are crazy out there. Swarms of them.
