Take away all of it except for ONE WORD. One word to describe my day today...so I did it and it was so nice to SIMPLIFY my day. So refreshing to do this when our days are constantly filled with drama, noise and so much unnecessary stuff like thoughts, emotions and labeling!!!
So I'll start and if anyone feels like this would benefit them to do, go right ahead!!!
