I can’t thank you all enough, for your support over the last few weeks. Whilst the beastly AV Beast was attacking me, you carried me. Footprints in the sand comes to mind.
The display of humanity here, is humbling. I am so grateful and I promise I’ll make you all proud, and stand on my own two feet once again.
A tad weepy at the moment, anxiety is soaring, body bio-chemically adjusting, taking vitamins and electrolytes. Drinking copious amounts of water, eating ice-cream and jelly.....reminds me of post tonsillectomy as a child. Sitting in the sun, walking, resting. Finally, after many, many months, I’m self-caring. Feels good.
