Hello,
I have really been down—it’s just been a tough year and it’s been over 100 degrees for weeks now. Just dragging through the days, it seems..but sometimes what ‘seems’ is not to be believed at all! Family trouble has been very painful and long-lasting. It’s a rough patch in life. So I’m tired, it’s okay and there are clouds rolling in. Change is in the air—good things are coming, I am loved and it’s really going to be ok.
I started my spiritual practice up again last night and all day, there were little signs that it is working wonders. Just to be calm and listen, and relax. Today I could smile a bit.
24 for me and I’m quite ready!
