Mango, i think you are describing neuroplasticity. Im listening to 'becoming the narcissist's nightmare' on audiobook. The author (cant remember her name) talks about how this altered, positive way of thinking can influence chemicals like oxytocin to break trauma bonds. Mindfulness is a powerful way to do that. I love mindfulness - need to do more. X
