Day one for me! I tapered off using Chantix. I hope this thread can be revived, I need accountability. Only one moment this morning when I really wanted to smoke. Took a couple of deep breaths and convinced myself I don't need it, it was just a time when I used to smoke and so it was a habit reaction.
