At my AA meeting tonight I had a pretty hilarious share. At the end, the woman chairing the person, who I will admit is very pretty, invited me to recite the Lord’s Prayer since I made her laugh

On my drive home I was singing at the top of my lungs with the windows down!

Now I know that there’s no place for romance at AA meetings, and I certainly won’t mistake her kindness for something else, but I haven’t felt this happy in a long time. Very grateful to be sober today !
