Day 3! Still alive! I had dinner with one of my daughters last night, great time. No desire to drink, past is still haunting me though. All the time waisted. I made a little card to carry in my pocket yesterday with the 5 most important things in my life on one side and 5 code words to remind me of 5 of the worst times/issues on the other(code in case someone sees it!) still dwelling on the bad side. I’m going to do this.
