I'm going out to dinner with a friend. We don't drink together, and I couldn't be more excited. It's a hot and sunny evening and I'm hoping to take a walk around a lake to cool off.
Had insomnia last night, and ended up buying one of Russell Brand's book on audio. I usually use podcasts and audiobooks when I can't sleep. I hope to use meditation sometime soon, but one goal at a a time.
Let's keep going- one day at a time. Baby steps!
