Make a plan for your stopping to drink. Read some stop drinking books. Follow an established method.
The first few days will be difficult but after awhile you will barely think about drinking.
Do you remember the scenario when you drank after the 5 years? What exactly happened and what did you say to yourself to give you permission to pick up that first drink?
Reflect on that and find out what went wrong so that you dont fall for the same trap again.
