Yea, that seems to be the best method. Since they are busy anyway we are not going. I'll do some yardwork instead even though that is even a bigger trigger if you will. I always drank alot doing yardwork but I did doing everything. If I dont do those then I will just be sitting around which I drank alot doing that also. I do yardwork almost daily so yardwork it is. And a nice home made lemonade.
