Grateful that even though I didn’t sleep well and don’t feel well, it is not because of a hangover
Grateful for an experience seeing a mountain lion on a hike even though it has also overwhelmed me for some reason. Maybe because I think of what could have happened, and that Im not sure I would have been prepared
Grateful to have a full plate and lots of work this week to keep me responsibly occupied
