Speaking of 'legs' I'd been waiting for a sign and got one.
The weights I had been lifting at the gym were almost as much as I had lifted in my thirties.
Well I got one, a very painful inner thigh. Quite lesser workout for me.
At 77 a spring chicken I ain't and total abstinence is far more important......
