Goodness I've completely missed 3 threads!
Sorry (again for the umpteenth time) I've been poorly with a virus and a heavy had cold on top of that. I do find it difficult to make good choices and feeling so rough is the perfect excuse for me to slip back into unhealthy ways.
So I can certainly commit to 24 more hours of sobriety but the healthy stuff is on hold until I can walk more than 20 paces without coughing my guts up!
