Since you’re open to suggestions, as I’ve said before & will say again, daily exercise has been CRITICAL to my continued sobriety. If you don’t have a history with a routine, or even if you do, start slow. Walk 10 minutes. Increase intensity (speed) & duration (time) over the coming days & weeks. The routine needs to be SUSTAINABLE. The key is CONSISTENCY. If you follow this plan daily In three months you won’t believe how much improvement you will see. Depending on your beginning fitness level you could be running two miles straight. Add strength training when you are ready. One or two exercises to start. One set. And DON’T DRINK. Good luck on your journey.
