bobdrop - he's been retired for a few years now. He used to help around the building with maintenance (hence the knowledge of the fire alarm in my unit), but I do think you're right. I'm sure he will miss the years he spent here and that can be downing. There's not much to do in the city where he's going, in fact, it's quite boring (imo).
