Melatonin is only available on prescription in the UK, & even then only for over-55's for some reason. I had an American friend send me some but it just gave me terrible restless leg syndrome (even worse than usual), which is the same as the antihistamine sleep aids like Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) do to me.
