My foot is free from all the dressing from my surgery nearly two weeks ago and man it's ugly with stiches right now. Going to try and ride the bike and get some cardio going for the first time.
Bobbi - thank you for the very sad post. This sobriety thing is serious business and grateful for the stark reminder as to why.
