Good morning and, congrats to today’s celebrants and, all who are sober today! I’m in for another sober day.

I bought a book on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’m coming to realize that I need to change the way I think to be successful in sobriety and life. Sounds easy but, changing automatic thought patterns is probably easier said then done. I’m up for the challenge though.
