Hey fineart. LOL to the stick idea. I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again, for me a daily exercise routine was critical. It’s a way to see mental & physical improvement on an almost daily basis & it is so incompatible with drinking. It’s something to look forward to each day & your body will be more than willing. Stay strong buddy. I’m rooting for you!
