No, you're not the only one. There are many of us here seeking the same or different ways to stop drinking.
It is a battle that can be won, but it may take work on your part.
I could never have one drink, either. It was all or nothing for me.
I found support here and in AA. They're both lifesavers. Have you thought of a recovery program?
Many of us use them. It's tough to do it, quit I mean, without support. But I can only speak for myself.
