In addition to the chorus of rest and feel better - one thing I had my first year of sobriety was a string of cold, strep, cold btwn I believe that Oct and Nov, so I was heading on 9 mo in. I thought it was probably my immune system etc being able to come back to life and sometimes get sick like a normal person! No fun, but you are doing great for 11 (now?) days.
Taking care of ourselves means a whole lot of stuff - keep going.
