Grateful that I skipped my morning workout to spend time making my son a birthday card. Grateful that he prefers books to Xbox and Fortnite
Grateful to spend time in the office with coworkers, though I got very little done, except catch up on the latest of Housewives. A reminder that I can only take so much and get much more work done at home
Grateful for the revelation that many good things in my life are due to good choices and that many bad things were due to bad choices. Grateful to also realize that both the good and bad things that have not been within my control were both made worse from bad choices including mostly from drinking. Grateful that this is all in the past
