When your head is full of these thoughts and memories and guilt/shame get it all out in paper in it’s rawest form as it hits. Firstly it’s good to get it out of your head and gives you room to breath but secondly it will come in handy in a few months time when you hit that point we all get to where we feel so much better and are starting to forget how bad it was in those first few weeks. That was my greatest ammunition against the AV back then and super effective xx
