Took the same route I am taking now, just staying focused on it, focusing on the positives. When I did it before once I got out a few months I didn't even think about it anymore. Back then my friends and I would go to bars a lot, so cutting that out took work but I don't have that problem anymore.

It technically should be easier this time around as long as I can stay busy as I drank to entertain myself, also I am self employed so I could drink whenever I wanted, which was way out of hand as you can imagine.

Sometimes I'd just keep the weekend drunk going all week long, it was bad and my business has suffered.
