It's interesting that someone could ever use my abstinence against me, but its not an uncommon perception. I mean, my drinking? For sure. But being sober is such a huge accomplishment....don't ever let someone threaten you or make you believe you have to hide such a powerful accomplishment.

so very much for your support Frickaflip. Whilst it wasn't drinking or sobriety that was used against me and kept me away, I did feel very threatened by someone in my life and that kept me hidden, small and powerless. But i am back again and will continue to use SR. Sobriety is very important to me.
