30 days today
It’s been an interesting month—emotional rollercoaster, cravings, dark moods, etc. but I made it to 30 days sober. Thank you to everyone on SR. Your posts and stories have helped me get here.
My plan is to continue taking my vitamins, drinking water, working on a routine, listening more/talking less (it’s a good excercise and I find it very calming to my anxiety), being thankful for all the good things I have, and being kind to myself. I’ll continue to be on SR. I know every other time I have quit, I can’t make it past 90 days. Those other times, I stopped checking in on SR—this time I have a plan.
