Ooh, another brand new thread. I've already committed to 24 hours today but I will use this post to reiterate my commitment to that 24 hours period.
I'm having a bad day mentally and when I am mentally not great I am at my most prone to relapse. I used to rely on alcohol to shut my head up which did not help things.
I will stay strong.
