Getting clean hurts. But, the benefits feel like heaven on earth.
This is my 4th proudly sober New Years Day. I am never going to give my sober life up. It feels too good.
I drove all over town and didn't make it home and in bed until 2 am. I am up now, but going back to sleep shortly.
Each sober year that passes feels better. I know someday I will totally normalize and that will ne a trigger to drink again.
Addict for life.
Stay clean. Booze is poison.
