Up at 4:16 for work.

We we have an artificial tree that is prelit so it’s easy to put up and decorate. I enjoy putting up all the ornaments the kids made over the years. My daughter helps me with that. I no longer put up outside lights or any other decorations. No one else helps or cares, and I lack time this month to do things above the usual.
