Thanks dee. Slepts great last night actually feeling quite good today.
the weekend is over and I plan to continue, im away for 2 days also so that should keep me occupied. I dont see the point of going back on my choice right now as im thinking I need to face this rough feeling again if I can do it now its out the way I can work on getting better instead of going backwards.
